Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
1. Management of Intellectual Property (IP) related topics with a focus On invention harvesting and patent prosecution as well as exploitation/enforcement.
2. Review of IP and R&D related contracts.
3. Management of AT&S Trademarks.
4. Serve as a contact person for IP, providing support and knowledge transfer to departments.
5. Implementation and further development of IP related processes and procedures according to the IP-strategy.
6. Representation of AT&S vis-à-vis internal and external parties in all IP related aspects (inventors, customers, suppliers, partners, Business Units, funding agencies, patent attorneys etc.).
7. IP-Analyses and SoA searches.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Engineering, Science, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in IP management, preferably in a multinational or technology-driven company.
3. Strong knowledge of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws.
4. Experience in handling IP filings, oppositions, and enforcement actions.
5. Technical understanding (Technical background preferred, a basic Knowledge of Substrate and PCB manufacturing methods is advantageous).
6. Interest in Finance and Legal matters.
7. Knowledge in Project Management.
8. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
9. Strong communication and training skills with the ability to work across departments.
10. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
